Volunteer Program
Athena Hospice has volunteer opportunities for everyone in the state of Connecticut. If you are interested in Hospice Volunteering or are interested in our Pet Therapy or our "Pets for Vets" Program please contact us, we would love to hear from you!
Pet Therapy and "Pets to Vets" Volunteer program We are currently seeking Volunteers with Registered Pet Therapy dogs to visit our Hospice Veterans.
Athena Home Health & Hospice, is currently looking for volunteers to join our dedicated Hospice team. If you are looking for a rewarding volunteer opportunity in a supportive and friendly environment, then this may be the opportunity for you.
Volunteers may assist the patient with companionship, caregiver relief and complementary therapies. The opportunities are endless. We provide all the training needed and additional training in specific areas of interest. Online training now also available
