Bridge to Home SCV
Quick Overview: Bridge to Home (BTH) Housing Corps members help homeless clients move from homelessness to housing - permanently. This position will go hand in hand with the Client Mentor position as a transitional opportunity for those who have spent time building the foundations of successful steps in obtaining and sustaining housing for Bridge to Home clients.
Volunteers can move from one opportunity to another with their cohort of Bridge to Home clients in stages and be a consistent support for those who need it most.

When required, assist each client with the setup of utilities and bill payment schedules (gas, electric, water, trash, etc.).
Assist clients in obtaining basic household needs such as furniture, dishes, appliances, and other furnishings.
