ORGANIZATION: Hanover Township Youth and Family Services

Hanover Township Youth and Family Services is seeking an experienced Grant Writer to research potential grants and assist with the grant writing process as we apply for different opportunities for funding our department's programming.

Grant Writer Responsibilities:

  • Write, submit, and manage various grant proposals
  • Identify grant funding opportunities
  • Meet regularly with the Grant Writing Team or the Director for specific direction and support regarding pending grant proposals
Volunteers looking to fulfill this opportunity will need to have proficient writing skills and demonstrate knowledge of the specific language used in grant proposals. The Grant Writer must have the ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively within the greater context of a Grant Writing Team. Preference will be given to prospective volunteers who have experience in grant writing.

Volunteers may work remotely, and participate in meetings in-person or via Zoom.

The staff offers prevention and intervention services in multiple arenas to best meet your needs and works collaboratively with individuals and groups to tap and grow natural supports, resources and relationships.   • Substance Abuse Prevention Services
