The Elder Wisdom Circle is an award-winning online inter-generational program pairing younger folks in need of advice with a caring and empathetic cyber-grandparent.

To date, the EWC has facilitated almost 500,000 one on one interactions and been featured in almost 100 media stories. Our site received about 350,000 annual visits, most are reading advice.

The EWC has played a critical role during the pandemic giving our seniors a safe way to volunteer from home and a place for younger folks to find comforting advice during this crisis.

In July, we will be celebrating our 20th anniversary and want to share our story. And in September, we want to celebrate National Grandparents Day with a viral campaign of celebrating grandparents everyone who have been separated by their families by the pandemic. We are hoping to collect "the best advice you ever received from your grandparent" through stories and videos that we can post. We are also hoping to allow the community to vote for their favorite piece of advice.

We are seeking an experienced social media manager who can help us create a campaign for these new events and help us to collect stories and videos, and launch with a series of initial posts.
