Role Overview
Essential Functions
- Business and process analysis, with strong cross-departmental requirements gathering
- Documenting 'as-is’ and 'to-be’ within accurate and detailed scoping documents
- Implementing core Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules
- Working on the setup and administration of this product
- Setup of workflows for data capture and departmental processes
- Cleaning and importing/exporting of data from other internal systems like Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, Quick books, and other tools in the product stack.
- Standardization and configuration of database tables, and create reporting and data models
- Fully life cycle implementation

Qualifications
Basic
- Strong technical background, experience writing plugins, workflows, web resources, JavaScript
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Dynamics stack experience a huge plus (GP, AX, etc.)
- Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation experience
Personal Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a keen desire to deliver the highest quality solutions
- Self-Starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Good problem-solving skills
