Are you a Veteran or interested in working with Veteran adults?
The Veteran-to-Veteran Volunteer Program aims to pair Veterans/Volunteers interested in Veteran support with Veteran hospice patients. Veteran volunteers are important because they are able to form a camaraderie with veteran patients that can help eliminate the stoicism and secrecy that veteran patients often develop from having served in the armed forces.
We are a Level 4 partner with the We Honor Veterans Program at Avalon!
Covid precautions taken - background check, drug screen, TB test required!
