The organization requires an external financial review every 3 years. This review would focus on a two month span, comparing financial reports, membership dues, and event receipts. We are a small non-profit, with approximately 25-30 attending monthly meetings and 250 or so members. Our VP of Finance would ensure the reviewer had the checklist and all necessary documents.
