The Peninsula Museum of Art is a 30+ year-old 501c3 registered California nonprofit contemporary art organization and we are seeking volunteers for our new art space located at the The Shops at Tanforan in San Bruno. Our mission is to engage and inspire our local community with art shows, artists in residence, education, and art-related programs. Check us out at peninsulamuseum.org.

We're looking for motivated people who want to contribute their time and skills towards developing our art space into a vital art resource for the community. No experience needed, we will train. This is a great opportunity to add skills and responsibilities to a resume, college application, or fulfill volunteering requirements.

Volunteers are needed to help us staff our space (at least two shifts per month) and contribute to our evolving vision. We welcome those who are curious about diverse emerging and established Bay Area art and artists and connecting our local community to our efforts.

We will work with you to define your goals and tailor your experience to enhance your resume or learn new skills. Volunteers should be able to bend/reach down to unlock the doors and also lift 30 pounds. Please email us describing your interests and background. Thank you!
