10-month teaching positions are available in Haiti at Louverture Cleary School, a tuition-free, Catholic secondary boarding school (grades 7-13) supported and overseen by The Haitian Project.
Missionaries live in constant witness to the Project's charism and Matthew 10:8, "What you receive for free, you must give for free," through sharing of their gifts, labor and zeal for service.
Duties include: classroom teaching (Missionaries teach English, Religion, Spanish, Economics, music, computers, and more), leading physically-intensive work projects, leading extracurricular activities, living in community with Haitian staff and other Missionaries
Requirements include: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent life experience), a commitment to Catholic Social Teaching, and a willingness to live in community
Benefits include: Monthly stipend, room & board, health insurance reimbursement, partial transportation costs

The Haitian Project, a 501(c)3 non-profit, is a Catholic Mission which supports and operates Louverture Cleary School (LCS), a tuition-free, Catholic, co-educational secondary boarding school for academically-talented and motivated students from Haitian families who cannot afford the cost of their children’s education.
