Warehouse assistant volunteer is responsible for the intake and processing of items donated to Small but Mighty Heroes. Individuals in this role are responsible for Pickups/drop offs of donations from donors, assess potential donations for acceptability using specific guidelines, communicates clearly and tactfully with potential donors regarding their items, maintains record of donations via donation receipts, place follow-up calls/send thanks-you notes to donors to maintain strong donor relationships, manages flow of merchandise for pick-up/drop-off, document all items in inventory and preparation of all donated items for sale. This role will work closely with Small but Mighty Heroes Sales Coordinator Volunteer
