Another Chance: House of Refuge, Inc is a non-profit 501(C)3 organization that empower and assist families with sustaining self-sufficiency. We have many opportunities for individuals and organizations to volunteer and collaborate with our organization. We are preparing to open our first home that will assist men with entering back into society after a long bout with systematic oppression.

The House of Refuge will offer twelve men re-entry with the following amenities: *10 bedroom, 3 full-bathroom newly remodeled, safe home *Split-level home design includes kitchens and laundry rooms per floor *24-hour site management (occupying 2 of the bedrooms) *Beautiful yard both in front and back of home *Veteran and resident benefit management and case support. Our House of Refuge will provide support programs that build self-sufficiency for our residents including but not limited to the following: *Financial management, including good credit and budget building education. *Home management residents will maintain the home’s interior and exterior. *Career coaching, including career skill building, resume development, and employment alignment assistance. *Life coaching, self-growth and empowerment programs for all residents. *Military veteran services, including case management support for the duration of their residence. *Military veteran affairs referrals and resources to veteran organizations across our community. We need your help with getting our home prepared for our residents entry and also to maintain and sustain our House of Refuge. Food donations, Financial donations, furniture donations, daily life essentials, and collaborations on wrap around services to ensure a successful transition into the home and successful program completion to self-sufficiency.
