Volunteer with the Plus One Foundation for our June fundraiser!

Save to Favorites

Plus One Foundation

We’re looking for volunteers to help us prepare for our "Hit the Deck" event this summer, a fundraising event that revolves around physical activity and celebrates Plus One's 11th anniversary. All proceeds of the fundraiser will go towards funding and providing experiences that enrich the lives of people with neurological disorders.

About the Event

This is an "a-thon" style fundraiser where participants will commit to a physical activity challenge (strength, endurance, mindfulness, or a make-your-own custom challenge) and will be fundraising outreach within their personal and professional networks. Participants can work on completing their challenge on the week of June 7th, and we are also holding in-person participation at Lynnwood Rec Center and Greenlake Park on 6/12-6/13.
An example of the challenge format is:
For every x amount of dollars donated, I will bike 2 miles.

Volunteer Roles
Volunteers can take on a variety of roles from outreach, event planning, marketing, graphic design, and more! We are also looking for individuals who’d be interested in volunteering as staff for the main event weekend (June 12-13), likely at Greenlake or the Lynnwood Rec Center. If you are interested in volunteering or even participating in this event, please send us a message! We'd love to have you.
