Position: Graphic Designer and/or Art Director
Hours: 4 hours per week, during the week or during the weekend
Location: Remote
Volunteering commitment: 6 months
Introduction to Renaissance Sri Lanka
Renaissance Sri Lanka is a non-governmental, apolitical, non-denominational, non-profit, humanitarian organization that wishes to support the Sri Lankan population and impulse ethical change in Sri Lanka, in order to improve the overall livelihood and happiness of the population, in harmony with the identity, culture and values of its Society.
Our long-term goal is to empower Sri Lanka to meet the greatest challenges of the future: Climate Change, Environment Degradation, Technological Revolutions, changing World Dynamics, and Society Transformations.
We build working ecosystems in Sri Lanka, that thrive naturally: a social ecosystem (with a particular attention to empower women), an economic ecosystem and an environmental ecosystem.
We digitally connect our donors so they can grow their businesses in Sri Lanka, launch their own ethical projects and initiatives.
Our organization's first actions are to relieve families hit by the economic crisis that has followed immediately the covid 19 pandemic, by distributing survival packs to women head of families.

Job description:
You will contribute to our communication, to:
- rework the home page and the donation page of our website ( https://www.renasl.org)
- rework the diagrams and diagrams on our website,
- rework the organization's presentation brochure
- make the badges and certificates to be given to our donors
- create our email templates
- ensure the harmony and the aesthetics of our presence on social media
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that our organization’s visual identity is harmonious on all channels (website, social media)
- Improve our Donors’ experience
- Make sure that our organization has a highly professional visual identity
- Design our communication documents and improve our website
- Rework and design our diagrams and illustrations
- Participate in suggesting new ideas and improvements
Report to the Head of Marketing & Communication
Requirements:
- Experience as Graphic Designer
- Provide us a link to your book
