Renaissance Sri Lanka is a non-governmental, apolitical, non-denominational, non-profit, humanitarian organization that wishes to support the Sri Lankan population and impulse ethical change in Sri Lanka, in order to improve the overall livelihood and happiness of the population, in harmony with the identity, culture and values of its Society.
Our long-term goal is to empower Sri Lanka to meet the greatest challenges of the future: Climate Change, Environment Degradation, Technological Revolutions, changing World Dynamics, and Society Transformations.
We build working ecosystems in Sri Lanka, that thrive naturally: a social ecosystem (with a particular attention to empower women), an economic ecosystem and an environmental ecosystem.
We also digitally connect our donors so they can grow their businesses in Sri Lanka, launch their own ethical projects and initiatives.
Our organization's first actions are to relieve families hit by the economic crisis that has followed immediately the covid 19 pandemic, by distributing survival packs to women head of families.

Responsibilities:
Plan the topics of virtual meetups.
Moderate the virtual meetups.
Assess every virtual meetup.
Improve future virtual meetups
Provide information and contact details of the participants
Report to the Services to the Donors Manager
Manage regular reporting to Organization’s Management Team
Participate in suggesting new ideas and improvements to the Donors’ experience
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration / Communication / Marketing, or equivalent.
Good communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Computer literacy.
