Since 2007, Children Across America and our volunteers have been dedicated to providing a safe and secure learning environment for all the children we serve. That commitment has led us to the incredibly difficult choice to cancel our 2020 live fundraising event calendar, due to COVID-19. Despite this global setback, we will continue to offer our free programs to the children in our community. 2021 looks a lot better and we are committed to raising the money needed to provide our free programs. At our core, reading comprehension and technology competencies are the focus of our programs. Donations from these fundraising events provide the programs our children need to succeed.

Are you passionate about helping underpriviledged children get the best education possible? Put you skill set to work and help us give every child the tools they need to be the best they can be!

Do you have experiences organizing a golf tournament or working in one? Children Across America is currently seeking volunteer committee members to help us put on our annual golf tournament. We need people who are leaders and can think outside the box. This is our featured event of the year and our biggest fundraiser. We need to organize and execute a successful golf tournament. From setup, entertainment, auction. We need to recruit volunteers, get corporate sponsors, get auction item donations, find golfers. Its a lot of work so we need plenty of people. Many hands make light work.

About Children Across America

23 Pine Street, Milford, MA 01757, US

Mission Statement

Children Across America is a 501 (c)(3) (EIN 27-0355388), humanitarian organization. Children Across America provides literacy support and preventative healthcare to underserved children in the United States. Its vision is to empower families and children in low income communities. Its unique programs are focused on improving children’s educational excellence and health. The organization partners with local libraries, school systems healthcare advocates and hospitals to ensure children get the full benefit of its programs. We provide a free alternative program to underserved families with students in grades K-5, who can't afford a private tutor, or professional tutoring services such as Kaplan or Kumon.

CAA has a combination of medical and educational programming.

Our main educational program is a literacy program for all children. We also focus on children K-5 grade that come from families that English is not their first language. Our Summer Reading and Math Club (Children's Book Club) and our Saturday Reading and Math club's goal is to raise the level of literacy in America's children. Our Math Clubs are to help develop children's basic math skills. We help all children but our main focus is the underserved population of America. Our signature program is our Summer Reading and Math Club, that runs from July through August and our Saturday Reading and Math Club, that runs each Saturday.

Our main medical program and focus of our medical programming is Health Promotion in motion. This is a immunization and preventative healthcare initiative focused on making sure every child in America is immunized per CDC guidelines and has healthcare coverage. We are a vendor for the State for Mass healthcare signps.
