This is an opportunity for assisting youth academically in a virtual manner. You can volunteer both days on a weekly or biweekly basis or just volunteer one day a week on a weekly or biweekly basis. You will be helping youth get the help they need while struggling with school being virtual for the past year but it also helps the youth succeeded academically in general.
Tutoring days are Tuesdays and Thursdays 4-5:15 PM in English, Reading, Math, and Science for all grades and ages. (normally age 11 and up)
Some needed tutoring subjects at the moment are:
Precalculus, Geometry, Economics, Physics, World History, and Chemistry.

Provide leadership training and mentoring to youth through an on-site college immersion program and community service projects - while assisting those who are elderly, veterans, and disabled/handicapped with lawn care services at no charge.
The Lawn Academy provides leadership training and mentoring to youth through an on-site college immersion program and community service projects - while assisting those who are elderly, veterans, and disabled/handicapped with lawn care services at no charge. Goal: Youth awareness & development in 6 key areas: Competency, Confidence, Connection, Character, Compassion, and Contribution. Activities Offered: Career Exploration, On-site College Immersion Program, After School Homework Assistance Life Coaching / Mentoring, School Check-Ups, College Road Trips, and Free Lawn Care for Seniors, Veterans, and people with Special Needs.
