I am looking for volunteers that are interested in partnering with an organization that challenges the stigma of employee burnout and brings it to the front and center. By acknowledging this prevalent problem in our system, we can then begin to understand how to prevent it and work through it, to give 110% to our clients and communities.

Nature-based workshops and contemplative exercises to challenge the stigma of burnout and re-create the passion for our work.
Description
We challenge the current stigma of employee burnout by giving caregivers and service workers the opportunity to re-explore why they do what they do in the first place. The HRE recognizes employee burnout and helps the employee to rediscover their "why". Through a two-part program; in the Autumn and in the Spring; in the mountains of Colorado, we challenge the stigma of burnout, and understand that it affects the health, family, and clients of the practitioner. Through workshops and guided individual contemplative exercises, we re-vitalize the employee’s passion for their work.
