Catholic Charities Atlanta’s Refugee Services team supports newly arrived refugee families as they settle into our community - including finding safe and affordable housing for each family.
Our team is seeking an intern or volunteer to lead efforts to develop and update safe and affordable housing options for our newly arrived refugee families.
This opportunity is primarily virtual, although ability to travel to our office in Tucker and to potential housing options in or near Clarkston is very helpful.
Students in urban planning, community development, social work, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
Hours per week and schedule are flexible - we’ll work with you! We are open business hours, Monday through Friday.
Requirements:
Applicants must be a self-starter, organized, passionate about affordable housing and serving new Americans! Applicants must also have a computer or smartphone, reliable transportation.
