Do you enjoy organising fun activities with and for children?
The Youth Development Officer is the primary coordinator of Congo4Tomorrow’s youth programmes.
Their role is to coordinate the delivery of youth related programmes in the Democratic Republic of Congo to ensure that they promote a healthy lifestyle, are safe and make a positive psychological impact in children from low-income families and rural areas.
Works closely with other Congo4Tomorrow programmes, local and international organisations sharing a similar purpose to organise, promote and deliver youth activities, fundraising campaigns, awareness and extra-curricular activities for children from low income families and rural areas.
Ensures that service delivery complies with local and international rules and regulations and are in line with our internal policies.
As the organization is bilingual (French/English), fluency in both languages is a plus.

Who we are and What we do:
Congo4Tomorrow (Congo for Tomorrow) is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) created in 2016 for the sole purpose of helping schools with very low resources in the Democratic Republic of Congo by providing more supplies and learning tools, and restoring infrastructures to facilitate the learning process.

Our biggest achievements:
In 2019, 100 people in one school received school supplies for children with excellent performance and behavior. These included brand new backpacks with other accessories.
In 2020, 6 schools, including almost 3000 people, received masks, teaching books, hand sanitizers, hand washing stations and hand hygiene signs. COVID-19 prevention lessons with interactive hand washing games were led by our volunteer healthcare professionals.
