Mission Statement

Improving education One School at a Time

Description

Who we are and What we do:

Congo4Tomorrow (Congo for Tomorrow) is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) created in 2016 for the sole purpose of helping schools with very low resources in the Democratic Republic of Congo by providing more supplies and learning tools, and restoring infrastructures to facilitate the learning process.

Our mission:

Improve Education One School at a Time.

Our Programs:

Youth Development, Didactic & Innovation, Community Development.

Our biggest achievements:

In 2019, 100 people in one school received school supplies for children with excellent performance and behavior. These included brand new backpacks with other accessories.

In 2020, 6 schools, including almost 3000 people, received masks, teaching books, hand sanitizers, hand washing stations and hand hygiene signs. COVID-19 prevention lessons with interactive hand washing games were led by our volunteer healthcare professionals.

Our goals:

  • Provide a platform of exchange for our teachers network to learn from one another
  • Help renovate school facilities to provide a safer learning environment
  • Provide extracurricular activities and new school supplies for children
