Fundraising Team Members Needed

We are seeking volunteers that can assist with assuring fiscal health through philanthropy and fund development. This opportunity is remote and is open to individuals within the US.

We need people that are willing to service for at least 1 year in the following roles:

• Treasurer - Event budgeting, itemize, track spending, research cost of fundraising options, track P/L, share ideas to keep costs low, contact companies for a full understanding of costs

• Secretary - Manages meeting notes, correspond w/team about meeting date/times

• Operations & Logistics Manager - Highly detailed oriented individual, plans the start to finish of the event/project, coordinates volunteers, connects with vendors, etc

• Committee member - Each member participates in the solicitation of in-kind donations from vendors, spreads the word about each event, aids in the planning/execution of events, is creative and able to have fun and

Additional Tasks

• Review/consider previous fundraising activities and make recommendations for improvements
• Participate in annual special events and other fundraising activities.
• Develop an annual calendar for the committee’s activities, including critical dates, milestones and required board actions
• Identify respective networks for potential donations and volunteers.
• Analyze relationships with current and prospective donors and funders and develop individualized strategies to cultivate or strengthen those relationships (if necessary)
