Garden Joy
Garden Joy is seeking a detail oriented, self motivated, organized volunteer to help with our website. Ideal candidates would possess excellent attention to detail and have basic knowledge of maintaining and adding content to our website through square space. We will give training on how to maintain the website if necessary, and then give content as it needs to be added or updated.

Mission Statement
Garden Joy desires to cultivate healthy children, families, and community, by offering a space for children and families to have a hands-on garden experience. All of the produce grown is donated to local food pantries and schools.
Description
Founded in 2016, Garden Joy was built to cultivate wellness and community through a hands-on garden program. Children who attend our program learn to garden by planting and harvesting produce to donate to local food pantries. In 2017-18 we donated over 800 pounds of produce to local food pantries in Stanislaus and San Joaquin counties. In 2020, we donated over 2,000 pounds of organic produce to our local community.
