Then this volunteer opportunity is for you!

Come help manage a small, local farmers market under established COVID-19 safety protocols. The primary Market Manager duties includes to open and close the markets and serve as the face of the Farmers Market Program to customers and vendors. The Market Manager helps answer questions, monitors safety, and resolves minor issues or report incidents. Market Managers also promote the markets and help recruit eligible vendors.

Volunteers must attend market weekly or biweekly. Kingstowne Farmers Market is open from 3pm-7pm on Fridays. Volunteers are expected to arrive before the market opens to help set up and help close. Must offer a three month to one year commitment.

Farmers Markets are held in outdoor areas and follow established COVID-19 safety guidelines. This is a great way to give back to the community within a safe environment!
