ORGANIZATION: Harbor Hospice Fort Worth

We are currently looking for volunteers who speak Spanish, but can communicate in English as well. We have several patients who communicate best in Spanish and we would love to be able to accommodate them fully. If you love to help people and communicate in English and Spanish then come and join our team. We would love to make sure our patients have the best experience with our hospice team as possible. This can be a virtual position.

We dedicate ourselves to providing excellent volunteer hospice services with ultimate respect for the decisions of those we serve. We honor dignity, comfort, and hope, and we strive to support each other in our work.

Harbor Hospice recognizes dying as part of the normal process of life and focuses on enhancing the quality of life for each of our patients and their families. We believe that through appropriate care and the promotion of sensitivity to the needs of the patients and families, we can physically, mentally, and spiritually prepare for death in a way that is satisfactory to our patients.
