The flowers are blooming, and the sun has been shining!
Family Service Rochester has a list of seniors looking for some help with yard work. Things like raking leaves, cleaning gutters, weeding, gardening, and trimming are among the tasks to be completed. Do you, or someone you know, have the time to help an elderly neighbor?
This one-time commitment is an excellent opportunity for groups, families, or individuals!
Date and times are flexible and arranged between the volunteer(s) and the consumer.
We are currently looking for volunteers to help in Rochester, Stewartville, Chatfield, Eyota, Oronoco, and Byron.

Description
Family Service Rochester (FSR) is a community-based, nonprofit organization that provides a wide range of services addressing mental health, child wellbeing, family stability, and senior independence.
FSR was founded in 1965 with a staff of three and the mission to support and enhance the dignity and quality of life for individuals and families in the community. From that small start-up offering counseling and homemaker services, the agency has grown to provide more than 30 programs to meet ever-changing community needs. Volunteers are vital to excellent service delivery to those individuals and families we work with.
