March is Women’s History Month! Volunteer to push for change alongside living historic landmark, Katie Koestner. Katie was on the cover of TIME Magazine in 1991 at age 18 as the first in history to speak out as the first victim of "date" rape (rather than "stranger" rape, and has dedicated her life to supporting survivors of sexual violence. Volunteer with Take Back the Night Foundation and meet weekly with Katie other visionaries! Volunteers are pushing for legal change, and creating an amazing initiative that aims to bring our vision of safe relationships and supportive campuses to students nationwide.
This is a flexible opportunity, beginning as soon as possible. You can volunteer either part-time or full-time, with a part-time commitment consisting of about 10 hours a week. We can verify your hours for you, and all work can be done from the comfort of your home.
Volunteers must have strong interpersonal skills, a willingness to speak with people from all walks of life, and a desire to combat sexual assault and sexual violence of all kinds.

Take Back The Night serves to support survivors of sexual violence and works to end sexual violence in all forms. We hold events, rallies, marches, vigils, conferences, support sessions, and educational opportunities to further our mission and goals. For over half a decade Take Back The Night Events have reached more than 10 million people in over 30 countries and more than 500 communities.

For more than 50 years, Take Back The Night Events have reached more than 10 million people in over 30 countries and more than 500 communities. We are comprised of volunteers who work tirelessly for our mission and cause. We offer summer and semester internships to qualified applicants.
