Interested in being more involved with your community? Making a difference in someone's life, on a schedule that works for you? Consider volunteering with Connected Home Health and Hospice!
Our volunteers provide all kinds of support for patients and their families, according to their own skills and interests. Volunteering with Connected could include visiting patients, reading, watching T.V., taking walks, playing music or even taking care of pets! The list goes on and on. There is no one way to make an impact!
You have what it takes to make someone's final days better :)
If you're feeling unsure, that's okay! Our volunteer coordinator will walk with you to be sure you get the training and support you need to feel confident.
Are you experienced? That's great too! We're building a volunteer community that supports and learns from each member. We'd love to have you share your knowledge!
If you would like to find out more about what it takes to make a difference through hospice or just have questions, we'd love to connect! Feel free to reach out to katie.desautels@connectedhh.com, or call our main office at (503) 261-8599
