Do you have excellent technology skills? Are you comfortable using Zoom independently? We invite you to join our Program Tech Support Volunteer Team. Program Tech Support Volunteers assist Alzheimer's Association staff and volnteers with managing the presentation of educaiton programs through virtual platforms.
- Serve as host/monderator of web-based education programs offered through Zoom
- Troubleshoot constituent access issues for caregivers to participat in programs
- Monitor chat, mute microphones and cue up Q&A for volunteers to answer
