Mission Statement

The mission of PianoArts is to develop innovative ways to foster appreciation and performance of classical music. Description

PianoArts hosts a North American competition during the even years (2018) for pianists, ages 16-21, and a Wisconsin competition in the odd years (2019) for youth ages 10-16.

Throughout the season, PianoArts winners, awarded fellowships, perform education concerts. PianoArts also presents concerts performed by classical pianists and sponsors a music festival that runs concurrently with the competition. We partner with the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra.
