A small, mom and pop, Manhattan based youth arts non-profit is looking for a part time grant writer/editor. Preferably someone who is experienced; and familiar with New York funding options.
We have had success writing our own grants. We are seeking someone to refine our current work. And eventually suggest other opportunities. We look forward to future collaborations.

About The International Child Program (ICP), Non-Profit
Location:
127 W127th Street, Suite 126, New York, NY 10027, US
Mission Statement
ICP utilizes the arts to raise funds to help educate and support children. Concerts of music and theater are utilized as fundraisers. The concerts are also used to service and support other non-profit organizations that work with children from low-income households.
Description
The international child program (ICP) serves as an exchange for thoughts and interests of youth from around the world. ICP focuses on children from low-income households who have a love of learning and an interest in travel. ICP hopes to show young people that travel is the best education that life can offer.
ICP's mission is to brake down today's racial barriers. ICP asks its youth to return its energy to that of a child. Children do not discriminate; society teaches them negative stereotypes; to hate; and to segregate. ICP teaches them to return to the mind of a child; and learn about other human beings before judging them.
