Digital Communications Assistant / Social Media Operatives (x2)

Rain is looking for creative individuals who can support our efforts to create an engaging web and social media presence with reach across the UK and Brazil. The digital communications assistant will help to coordinate content and support the delivery of ideas, initiatives and campaigns.

The digital communications assistant will

• Help deliver and develop the digital marketing strategy
  
• Generate, edit, publish and share content (original text, images, video or HTML) which builds meaningful connections and encourages audiences to take action.
• Assist in the development of our online presence and activity to increase reach, engagement and interaction from target communities and the wider public
• Assist in the coordination of regular communications to members and supporters through our newsletters
• Create and maintain a cross-platform posting schedule to help streamline and automate workflows
• Work with metrics and analytics to optimise the content we share.

• Proven working experience in the social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
• Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
• Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
• Fluency in English
