We need a group of 5 or more to assist with outdoor "area beautification" volunteer projects at our Riverside Facility. This includes, but is not limited to the following:
~Painting a picket fence - up to 30 volunteers ~Build up (x6) picnic tables (donate wood or pre-assembled tables) ~Build outdoor classroom (x2) ~Build a marked walking with edging frames ~Donate (x3) basketball courts (assemble) ~Trimming the brush around the facility ~Painting the curbs, repair/install steel fencing, etc.
The listed projects are the wish-list of the facility and individuals or groups who donate materials and supplies can receive a tax deduction letter. Cash donations are accepted as well.
Coordinate a group of your colleagues, church members, fraternity or sorority sisters or brothers and we can schedule a flexible time for your group to assist us with these tasks. There are several opportunities available with flexible time scheduling. Preferred groups of 5 or more for each of the projects listed.
NOTE: CDC guidelines will be adhered to, spaces will be marked for social distancing guidelines and masks will be required.

Riverside Program Information: Our addiction treatment and recovery programs address not only the addiction itself, but also issues like poverty, homelessness and abuse that arise from chemical dependency. We are committed to helping clients gain sure footing in sobriety so that they can reclaim what was lost and become productive members of their families and society. Programs include:
Inpatient substance abuse and treatment facility for men and women
Specialized treatment of opioid addiction

Volunteer projects can be scheduled in increments of: 4 hours or 8 hours.
Some of these outdoor projects are dependent upon your groups skillsets. Please reply to discuss. We are looking for donation of materials and supplies for most of these projects by the volunteer groups. Call to discuss.
