See below to access our COVID-19 Resource Hub, and to explore our growing directory of COVID-19-specific and virtual volunteering opportunities.
We need a group of 5 or more to assist with outdoor "area beautification" volunteer projects at our Riverside Facility. This includes, but is not limited to the following:
~Painting a picket fence - up to 30 volunteers
~Build up (x6) picnic tables (donate wood or pre-assembled tables)
~Build outdoor classroom (x2)
~Build a marked walking with edging frames
~Donate (x3) basketball courts (assemble)
~Trimming the brush around the facility
~Painting the curbs, repair/install steel fencing, etc.
The listed projects are the wish-list of the facility and individuals or groups who donate materials and supplies can receive a tax deduction letter. Cash donations are accepted as well.
Coordinate a group of your colleagues, church members, fraternity or sorority sisters or brothers and we can schedule a flexible time for your group to assist us with these tasks. There are several opportunities available with flexible time scheduling. Preferred groups of 5 or more for each of the projects listed.
NOTE: CDC guidelines will be adhered to, spaces will be marked for social distancing guidelines and masks will be required.
