Public Relations and Media Team

We are looking for a talented Public Relations (PR) Officer to organize and oversee PR activities and ensure effective communication with stakeholders, media and the public. As a PR Officer, you must be an organized, self- starter and mild-tempered professional who is able to handle a crisis. You will be representing as the "face" of the organization and the absolute highest level of professionalism is expected at all times. If you are confident in your public speaking and project management abilities, we’d love to meet you.

Your primary goals will be to cultivate a positive company image and serve as spokesperson for the organization.

Responsibilities Include

• Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing and social media coordinators) and maintain open communication with senior management
• Assist with promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts etc.)
• Prepare and distribute press releases
• Organize PR events (e.g., Informative or Promotional releases, press conferences, etc. ) and serve as the company’s spokesperson
• Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising
• Address inquiries from the media and other parties
• Track media coverage and follow industry trends
• Prepare and submit PR reports
• Manage PR issues

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar PR role
• Excellent Communication Skills (oral and written)
• Strong Visual Presence (Professional, Confident and Knowledgeable)
• Experience managing media relations (online, broadcast, print and/or In-Person)
• Educational Background/Experience in Journalism, Public Speaking, Communications or related field (Experience with Researching, Writing and/or Editing Publications are a plus)
• Proficient in MS Office and social media
• Familiarity with project management software and video/photo editing is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Creativity and problem-solving aptitude
