Job Description

The Zoho SME/Administrator is responsible for managing the administration of ZohoOne suite of products by configuring user profiles and roles, managing access to various app for users, license management, configuration & troubleshooting of Zoho suite of applications and being a liaison between Zoho and the HHP team.

Responsibilities :

- Configure ZohoOne suite of 40+ products for the HHP Case Management System and other business requirements

- Manage license usage of users onboarding the platform including addition, update and deleting of privileges

- Oversee the metrics on usage of the product and provide required alerts for management to take corrective actions

- Liaise between Zoho, Implementation partner and the HHP for issues resolution, feature updates and support

- Should be able to provide training to the HHP teams and partners on ZohoOne product features

- Resolve identified ZohoOne issues independently or by escalating to partners / vendors as needed

- Should be familiar with ZohoOne analytics platform, leveraging the same to provide updates to stakeholder on progress and performance of product

- Ensure compliance with license policies and report violation

- Routinely audit the product usage to identify improvement and non-compliance

Skills :

- 2+ years of experience working with ZohoOne suite of application

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

- G Guite expertise

- MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) expertise

- Must exhibit characteristics of a team player who can work independently as well as within a group setting and can interface across multiple departments and levels of management
