Licensed healthcare professionals are needed to assist with the recovery process of local disaster victims.
As a Disaster Health Services Volunteer, you will provide compassionate care to people who have lost their medical necessities in a disaster such as a house fire. Your skills and expertise will be put to use to help these victims communicate with their healthcare providers and finding resources to resupply their needs. These medical needs look like anything from medication and prescription glasses to walkers and breathing machines.
