Ten Thousand Villages South Bay is seeking a committed individual to help manage the digital presence of the local branch of an international, social justice-oriented non-profit organization. Ten Thousand Villages South Bay runs 2 retail storefronts that help artisans around the world in 30 developing countries break out of the cycle of poverty through strict adherence to Fairtrade principles. An ideal candidate will have an interest in issues facing developing countries and a desire to hone existing skills while working with an existing ethical- at-every-step 501(c)3. The social media coordinator will work closely with the Store Manager and marketing committee, and be supervised by, the Store Manager.
