Bilingual volunteers are needed to place Wellness Calls to home bound senior clients.
If you like talking to people on the phone, are warm, outgoing and able to actively listen, then we need you! Callers phone seniors 1-2 times per week to check in on how they are doing and if they have any immediate needs.
Calls can be placed Monday thru Friday between 10am and 6pm and it takes about 1.5-2 hours to complete a list of calls each time.
We have an immediate need for Spanish and Polish speaking volunteers, but all are welcome to apply.

At The Community Nutrition Network, we strive to keep older adults and persons with disabilities an active part of their community by providing them with the support they need. Much more than a meal, our programs combat depression and isolation, offers companionship, and provides safety checks for homebound adults.
