This position is for those that can keep up with the latest domestic violence news and research. As a content curator, you would find and schedule weekly articles to share across our social media platforms. You will also write engaging body copies to share with the articles to continue to bring awareness to domestic violence and bring hope to survivors and families impacted by domestic violence. We want to grow our advocacy and awareness effectiveness. This position will include but will not be limited to:

  • Keep up with the latest news, data, and reports on domestic violence nationally and internationally
  • Schedule weekly curated content for posting across social media accounts
  • Write engaging body copies for social media postings
  • Other suggestions welcomed

The FLOW (For Lives of Women) Foundation is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization and resource center for domestic violence awareness and prevention, whose purpose is to help save lives of women. Our mission is to educate, empower and assist women and children of domestic violence, including emotional, economic, sexual, and physical abuse.

Description

We assist with securing emergency and transitional housing, emotional support, and a diversified continuum of services focused on safety, empowerment, and self-sufficiency. Through community partnerships, FLOW seeks to raise awareness, provide services, and educate community members about domestic violence, in efforts to reduce its effects. All of our services and programs are offered free of charge.
