Administrative Assistant Volunteer

We have an opening for a half-time administrative assistant to help manage our day to day operations.
This is a work from home/anywhere position.
This position is responsible for providing general administrative support as needed, including but not
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks including bill paying, making calls, sending emails
Purchase office supplies and keep storage room stocked and organized
Prepare for Board of Directors meetings by printing agendas, minutes, and other documents needed
Maintain organizational files and documents
Serve as first point of contact for the organization
Must be proficient with spreadhseets, databases, and word processing. If you are also looking to improve your skills with project management softwares and microsoft office softwares, we can train you.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work as a team member with minimal supervision.
Solid written and oral communication skills and excellent phone manner.
Ability to develop effective work plans, organize details, set priorities, and meet deadlines
