Habitat for Humanity East Bay/Silicon Valley

Join Habitat for Humanity in helping us thank our donors!

Our donor support is at the heart of our organization. Funds from donors go towards giving families a hand up, not a hand out, towards the opportunity to transform their lives with the strength, stability, and sense of empowerment that comes with homeownership.

We need your help to further our mission by writing thank you letters to our generous donors. This position is perfect for someone who loves penmanship and has a flourish for the handwritten.

The position calls for 2-5 hours of service per week and volunteers would need to be able to come to our office in downtown Oakland weekly to pick-up supplies. Prospective volunteers will be asked to submit a writing sample and do a short virtual interview.

For more information please email volunteer@habitatebsv.org expressing your interest in the position.

Thank you for supporting Affordable Housing solutions in the Bay Area!
