My non-profit needs a board of directors! I am interviewing individuals who are experienced in running a nonproft and serving in an officer postion. If you would like to pass down your expertise and experience to guide this non profit please reach out. Your involvement can be temporary or permanent.
Be Outdoors Arizona's mission is to get more kids outdoors, learning about nature, developing skills such as cooperation, critical thinking, ethics and respect. Be Outdoors Arizona has 240 nonprofit partners who share their events on our calendar, creating a centralized place for all information needed to explore the great outdoors. Along with events we provide maps, a community of support and education. We provide the what, where, how, who,why and when for families in Arizona.
If you would like to make a positive impact in the lives of children, and the environment This is your opportunity!
My goal is to create a model here in Arizona that can be built in every state in the county.

Description
Be Outdoors Arizona is a collaboration of many organizations that are established to give people in Arizona a single place to discover and engage outdoor activities. In addition providing education on Arizona flora and fauna and resources for educators and parents.
The idea was inspired by the landmark publication of Richard Louv’s Last Child in the Woods and subsequent research findings that conclusively demonstrate the relationship between nature experiences and children’s health and well-being.
