Become a board member and give your input. Have you ever wanted to serve on a board? We are seeking board members.

The volunteer will become an unpaid member of the YAMM Board of Directors.

Board members duties consist of, but are not limited to:

  • Attend virtual board meetings and related meetings
  • Actively participate in committee works
  • Volunteer, accepts, and complete assignments in a timely manner
  • Stay informed about the organization, prepare for meetings, review and make comments concerning reports and minutes
  • Build a working relationship with board members
  • Participate in fundraising events
  • Member must possess at least one (1) of the below skill and/or values to bring to the board below such as:
    • Have the influence to persuade others for a need of the organization;
    • Be able to make phone calls to solicit donors or in-kind donation
    • Finance/Budgeting Skills
    • Public relations
    • Be able to give personal financial contributions
    • Marketing Skills
    • Fundraising Skills
    • Donation Skills

We seek potential members who have and will use their connections in any of the following areas below where the member has a connection to leverage resources identified as essential to our organizational mission goals and success:
