During these uncertain times, how can we help?
See below to access our COVID-19 Resource Hub, and to explore our growing directory of COVID-19-specific and virtual volunteering opportunities.
It is an exciting season here at Abilities Workshop! We are growing and have so many new opportunities to help the special needs community. If you want to be part of this team and help us spread information and hope, we want to hear from you! While some roles are local to Central Florida other roles can be filled virtually from all parts of the US.
Volunteers are needed to help with tasks such as social media, research, marketing, fundraising, event planning, community organization, and more!
Internships are also available for those looking to gain experience and need college credits.
No additional volunteer opportunities at this time.

Our mission is to build a network of understanding, hope, and encouragement for families that have recently had a special needs or learning disability diagnosis. By helping families fight for their children, helping churches and faith communities support these children and educators better understand them- these kids have their best chance of being their best selves.
We are a team of parents, siblings, teachers, therapists, coaches, doctors and friends. We are a community that supports our kids through hard times and celebrates the good times. We know how an Autism diagnosis can flip your world upside down. We are here to help you map out a plan. We also want you to take comfort, you are not alone. We will stand by you and with God anything is possible.
We'll work with your schedule.
