We have had an outpouring of support from local organizations and now need help sorting all the amazing donations we received. These include school supplies, games and toys, and some pre-packaged food. Due to COVID-19 the families we serve have newer and greater needs. Once organized, we will be able to better distribute these donations to the families and youth that need them most!
We are seeking some organizational wizards to come and inventory and organize these donations. The amount of time spent organizing is up to the volunteer and groups are welcome. We would prefer volunteers who are able to come during the weekday but understand if that isn't possible.
ATMN follows all COVID-19 social distancing guidelines including: - Requiring masks at all times - Taking temperatures when arriving at the building - Hand sanitizing stations
Vision To support and empower youth facing high-risk behaviors in their community. Mission To provide mentorship, character development, and life skills training for youth to lead fulfilling and rewarding lives.
ATMN provides accountability, teaching, mentoring, and networking opportunities in a safe environment for youth in middle school and high school facing high-risk situations. ATMN works with the greater Irving community in providing group programs with working professionals to walk alongside these youth demonstrating healthy decisions, self-confidence and vision for their future.
