ADP Workforce Now System Set Up

Our little nonprofit recently implemented ADP Workforce Now. We are having great success with the Payroll system, however, we have been slow to get the HCM set up and running smoothly, mainly due to lack of bandwidth.
We do have some basic processes in place, and we've been making it work, but we know it has much greater potential.
We are seeking someone who has experience getting HR processes set up in Workforce Now, specifically everything related to the onboarding/new hire piece. Once we have processes in place, we need to create an easy-to-use job aide for staff.
As the new HR Director, I will be available throughout the process, but I just don't have the bandwidth to learn the system at the level that is required to set it up.
This could be a fully remote volunteer project.
