Culinary Care is a nonprofit organization bringing compassion and nourishment to people diagnosed with cancer when they need it most.
We are looking for patient and friendly individuals to help our patients navigate our program.
As a member of the Care Coordinator team, you will:
- Work directly with a specific number of patients until they are done with treatment
- Welcome patients to our program
- Make weekly phone calls to check-in and help them navigate additional resources as needed
- If possible, be available to help deliver meals
This position is primarily done over the phone but, if you can, we'd love your help being available to deliver meals from 11:30am - 12:30pm.
