We're a nonprofit all-volunteer cat rescue based in Waltham, MA. We are foster based but in the process of opening our own cat shelter! Please join us at this exciting time in our mission to save the lives of stray and abandoned cats!

The purpose of this position is to communicate/coordinate with other shelters about cat placement, both into and out of our care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Communicate with our Intake Coordinators regarding cats needing transfer from or to another shelter or rescue.
  • Communicate with our Cat Transport Coordinator about the details of any transfers.
  • Maintain relationships with other shelters or rescues and work with them to facilitate transfers when necessary.
  • Check local listings regularly for cats needing placement and refer to the Intake Coordinators about placement.
This is a new position which is still in development so flexibility is welcome!

Mission Statement

To control the local feral (undomesticated) cat population through Trap-Neuter-Return-Maintain (TNRM) programs and to facilitate the adoption of stray and abandoned cats and kittens into responsible permanent homes through our foster care and adoption programs.


We are an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit and we rescue stray and abandoned cats in the greater Waltham, MA area and try to find them loving homes.



We'll work with your schedule.
