We are an organization who has been serving those in need since 1965. We are successful in what we do largely because of our staff and volunteers. Because of Covid we have lost a lot of Senior Volunteers because of their concern for catching the virus, as have many other non-profits. We are open Monday to Thursday 8am to 1pm and Fridays 8am to 12noon. We are needing volunteers mainly Monday to Thursday to help bag food, unload pick up trucks with food donations, sort food and check mfg. dates and stock shelves. We need volunteers to take the food to the clients vehicles and other opportunity are available.

Mission Statement
ABOUT VALLEY COMMUNITY PANTRY The Valley Community Pantry has been a major resource for those in need in the San Jacinto Valley and surrounding cities since 1965. Our organization receives more percentage of inquires through the "211" County Resource Agency than other agencies in Riverside County. We are run by an Executive Director/CEO, a team of dedicated and hardworking volunteers (Volunteers are a major component to the success of our organization), and we have a Board of Directors and an Advisory Board. We have had many dedicated and caring people from our community who have served on the Board of Directors, volunteered and made many donations throughout our history. Currently we average 1475 volunteer hours every month.
