We are seeking a fluent/native Spanish speaker who is interested in faciliating a Spanish learning group at our drop-in day center that serves low income and homeless individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Some tasks/responsibilities would include:

- Creating specific vocabulary/language lists to teach clients
- Fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for language learning
- Having fun!

"Ecumenical Ministries HIV Services Program is a community of clients, staff, and volunteers that strive to address basic needs of individuals living with HIV/AIDS in a manner consistent with the values of respect, compassion and safety.

Description

The HIV Services program operates a Day Center which offers a place of care, respect, and support for people infected and affected by HIV and AIDS. The Center provides nutritious meals on-site daily, as well as counseling and a variety of critical support services. HIV Services also provides high quality home-delivered meals to homebound clients through our Daily Bread Express (DBX) program.
