Help our visitors connect with railroad history!

Each Friday, visitors join us for an hour exploring different aspects of Colorado’s railroad history. Led by knowledgeable guides, each week’s theme is explored using a variety of

museum resources that help connect our theme to visitors’ lives. Bus tours and other adult organizations can also reserve one of our themed tours for a specific date and time.

Contact elizabeth@crrm.org for an opportunity to observe a free Friday tour at 1 pm!

Training covers:

  • How to create a treasured experience versus just another ho-hum tour
  • An overview of the museum’s themed tours and outlines
  • Museum Visitor types and how to work with them to make the most of their tour
  • Logistics and techniques that keep everyone safe and happy
  • How to properly follow COVID guidelines with small groups

Interested? Contact Elizabeth Nosek at Elizabeth@crrm.org to sign up.

This is truly one of the best ways to make a difference at the museum!
